Privacy policy
This page says what AdjusterOS Pro collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It describes what the site does today, not what it might do one day.
Who we are
AdjusterOS Pro (https://adjusterospro.com) is operated by AgentiQly.io. It is claim software for public adjusters, litigation teams and restoration contractors: claim files, documents, photos, letters and AI help on your own files. For anything on this page, write to support@agentiqly.io.
What we collect, and why

Collected automatically
- Page-view counts through our network provider's privacy-first web analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites.
- Your IP address and browser details, in the standard logs of our hosting and network providers.
What we don't collect
- No advertising tags, no tracking pixels.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
Who else receives it
A few service providers handle information for us so the site can run. Each receives only what its job needs:
- Our database, sign-in and file storage provider: everything above, stored so the platform can run
- Stripe: payment details and billing records
- Our web host and network provider: standard request logs and page-view counts
- Our email delivery provider: the address and text of account emails, such as password resets and support replies
- An AI model provider: the documents and notes you submit to an AI feature, under a data processing agreement. If you connect your own AI key, that provider's policy applies to what you send it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. There are no advertising networks or data brokers on this site. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Cookies and browser storage
The cookie notice lists every cookie and storage item this site uses.
"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. AdjusterOS Pro does not track visitors across other websites and runs no advertising, so there is nothing for those signals to switch off. Every visit is treated the same way whether or not a signal is sent.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can correct most of your data inside the platform, and ask for a full export in a machine-readable format. Or write to support@agentiqly.io and say what you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will confirm it's you, then do it within 7 days. This applies wherever you live, California included, and you won't be treated differently for asking.
How long we keep it
- Account data: kept while your account is open, deleted within 30 days of closing, except where the law or a legal hold requires otherwise.
- Security logs: kept as long as needed to protect accounts.
Children
AdjusterOS Pro is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored by our database provider in the United States.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use or share your data in a meaningfully different way, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect, so you can close your account first.
