Refunds and cancellation

How paying, cancelling and refunds work on AdjusterOS Pro, matched to the checkout as it is today.

Paying

Subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Free trial

The trial costs $7.70 and runs 30 days with every feature on. At the end it turns into the plan you chose, at the price then shown, unless you cancel before it ends.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing settings inside the platform, or by writing to us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

If you cancel within seven days of your first subscription payment and have opened no more than five claims, write to us for a full refund. Otherwise unused time in a paid period is not refunded, except where consumer law requires it. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change at renewal.
