When a claim goes to litigation, the documentation you built weeks or months earlier becomes evidence. This platform treats every claim as if it will be scrutinized by opposing counsel.
Six documentation requirements that separate admissible evidence from challenged hearsay.
EXIF DateTimeOriginal from camera sensor — not server clock
NOAA GHCND station data with station ID and distance recorded
Causal sequence log ordered by device-generated sequence numbers
E-signature with IP address, timestamp, and signature data URL
ProofRead pass removes all detectable generation patterns from output
Chain-of-custody declaration embedded in final pack document
Every layer builds the same chain of custody, from first photo to signed settlement.
Structured 8-section court document: EXIF-verified photo index, NOAA meteorological data, causal event log ordered by sequence number, full comms history, rebuttal letters, e-signature audit trail, and chain-of-custody declaration.
Chain of custody
Photos are timestamped from the EXIF DateTimeOriginal tag embedded by the camera at capture — not by server upload time. Each image is classified as [CAMERA EXIF] or [SERVER UPLOAD] in the forensic record. Opposing counsel cannot claim timestamps were altered post-capture.
Tamper-evident
Every action on every claim is recorded with a device timestamp and a causal sequence number. Events are ordered by sequence, not wall-clock time, making the timeline reconstruction defensible even across offline-sync scenarios.
Sequence-ordered
Uploaded policy documents are chunked and parsed for damage assertions, causation claims, and specific policy coverage references. Each extracted argument carries a confidence score. Your rebuttal letter is built from your strongest arguments.
Policy-grounded
Client authorization and engagement letters are signed through a secure portal. Each signature records signer name, email, IP address, device timestamp, and signature data URL. The audit trail is embedded in the Forensic Pack.
Full audit trail
A single toggle activates litigation-readiness review across the entire claim. Activating it flags the claim for court-admissibility evaluation and surfaces the Forensic Pack generation button in the claim header.
One-click activation
One document, eight sections, fully structured for legal review.
